Mainland Chinese Family in TKO looking for Helper

Hi there, We are a Chinese family looking for a helper to look after our 2-year old son and our apartment. We are in Hong Kong for more than 10 years and our current helper is finishing in early September. We expect you to start working no later than September 15th. Background There are 3 people at home, ma'am, sir, and our son. There are no elderly people living with us. We do not have pets. We live in Tseung Kwan O. Our apartment is about 800sqft. You will have your own separate room and toilet. Basic requirement We speak Mandarin and English at home. We expect you to speak fluent English at minimum. Any other Asian languages are welcome, but you have to use English at home and when speaking with our son and us. We have no preference to your marital status, but we require you to be a mom. This is because we expect you to be a good babysitter and child caregiver, and our son will just reach 2 years old when you start working. You need to be good at every babysitting skills, e.g. changing diapers, taking showers, etc. and of course, playing with him and teach him skills. Our son will interview you as well. If you are a mom already, you should know babysitting is tiring. As such we need you to be in good health condition and energetic all the time. Age wise, 30-40 is preferrable, while over 40s with good health condition is acceptable as well. We are sorry but we currently do not accept applications for candidates with age over 45. We are flexible about day-offs, but we require you to travel with us during Chinese New Year back to mainland China. Also we may need you to travel with us in mainland China from time to time. On your day-off, you need to be back before 8pm, because you need to get up very early (6am) the next day. No drinking during work. No smoking, including smoking history. No stay-outs during the entire term. You have to get up around 6:00am every day, because our son needs to leave home before 7:15am to catch school bus. You need to prepare our dishes and send our son to school bus's pickup point. After school, you need to pick our son up from school bus dropoff point as well. We need you to keep our apartment clean every day. We have all tools and appliance ready, but you have to clean it frequently. Also you need to tidy up our son's toys/books/other items, and our items daily. We eat Chinese food, so we expect you to cook Chinese food on daily basis. You should eat with us, which means no food allowance will be provided. Any other recipes are welcome, but you have to be able to cook some Chinese food at the beginning, and are eager to learn to cook Chinese food. We have microwave, oven, and dishwasher ready at home. Reimbursement We will pay you at HK$5,200/month as the base salary. Depending on your performance every month, we can offer you some monetary bonuses from time to time, but that's not guaranteed.
