Mixed family look for helper (Salary+bonus). Need reference

We are hiring: A live-in helper starting between mid June and 1st August (start date is flexible).

Requirement:

1. ONLY HIRE with reference letter from previous employers.
2. ONLY finished contracts, or termination by relocation.
3. Prefer a mature helper, 35-45 years old, married with own children.
4. Previous experience in childcare, new born care, cooking, pet care, and housekeeping (need a detailed CV demonstrating your exp)
5. Do NOT or Have not borrowed any loans.

We expect you:

1. Love babies / kids. Enjoy doing childcare.
2. Passionate about cooking. Better with experience on Chinese cooking, and some western cooking. Willing to learn new recipes (mainly Chinese food, sometimes western).
3. Enjoy pet care.
4. Efficient housekeeping, including but not limited to: house cleaning, laundry, making bed, occasionally car wash.
5. Excellent English and clear communication. You are willing to follow instructions with quick execution.
6. Fast learner with strong attention to details.
7. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
8. Self organised, adaptable and resilient.

About Our family: We are a couple (English father, and Chinese mother) with a baby girl who will be just over 1 years old from start date. We have relocated from UK to HK. Our home location: Mid-Levels. Home size: 2000+ sq ft. Father is working and mother is a temporary full time mom.

What we OFFER: Salary from HK$5100 - HK$6500 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also generous on tips and bonus (one extra month salary) depending on your performance. We are looking for long term hire so potential salary increase based on performance.
