Mixed family looking for a Reliable Domestic Helper

We are a mixed family of 3 family members. Our existing helper would like to take on the challenge of getting a driver/helper job with her previous employer, so we need to look for a new helper. As a fixed family which has both Chinese and French culture, we have our own way of house-keeping, it would be a definite plus if you are willing to learn different ways of doing things and be happy to follow clear instructions.
