Mixed family looking for helper mainly for childcare

We are an Asian and western mixed family. We are looking for a helper to mainly look after our 1 year old child, housekeeping, and cooking. We need someone who's trustworthy, honest, reliable, hardworking and flexible, who follows instructions well and learns fast. Good attitude and personality is important to us. Our house is 1,600 sqf. We treat the helper with respect. We provide great compensation and separate room with bathroom to the helper and freedom to arrange her day.
