Mixed Nationality family looking for Filipino helper

We are international school teachers who have 2 children, ages 8 and 10.  We are looking for a new domestic helper as our helper of 7 years returned to the Philippines to be with her daughter.

We live in a 700 sf flat with a 1000 sf garden in Tai Po.   Duties would include cooking, cleaning, laundry, watering plants and after-school child care.  

We try to make sure our helper has evenings free (unless we need to go out). We also send our helper home every summer (at our expense).  

We are looking for someone who has finished her contract or who has been terminated due to employer's relocation or financial change.  We need someone who can begin anytime or in January at the latest.
Candidates must speak both English and Tagalog as we are a Canadian-Filipino family.
