Mixed Western-Asia family looking for helper

Hello Hong Kong helpers, 

My name is Guillaume,  My wife Nancy and I are looking to employ a live-in helper to help take care of our international family, with our 2 children Luc and Juliette (8 and 11 yrs old) and a friendly puppy called Bao Bao. 

I am a French national, and my wife is American-Chinese. We live in a house in the beautiful Hong Lok Yuen community (it's near Tai Po, Tai Wo MTR station in the NT) with an international school (where our kids go), in a nice natural environment surrounded by hills (great for hiking) and lots of green. Our current helper Ah Yuk is relocating to the US with her boyfriend after 10 years with our family, and we are all very sad to see her leave but understand and support her decision. She is leaving end of March, so are looking for someone to replace her from then. 

This is for a live-in role (with a bright, separate room) and the role entails:

• housekeeping
• cooking
• organizing the week calendar of our kids with school and activities
• Some of tutoring while our kids are home schooled
• Help take care of our little dog
• grocery shopping
• A little bit of gardening
• Car washing (couple of times a month is enough)

About the profile we are looking for:

• responsible, honest and reliable
• Autonomous, is able to make decisions regarding small things for the household as we do not intend to micro-manage like it can be the case in some traditional Chinese families
• good and patient with children, but also able to tell them when they step out of line 
• Energetic, cheerful personality, with a good sense of humor
• looking for a long term assignment, not just 1 contract (we are not relocating anywhere anytime soon either)

We are offering competitive compensation (negotiable, depending in experience), 2 weeks annual leave and 1 ticket home every year (provided HKG borders can re-open!!)
