Multi-cultural family with newborn looking for helper

We are a multi-cultural family (my wife is Canadian-Chinese and I am Dutch) with a newborn baby girl. We live in a spacious apartment on the flower market (Prince Edward) with a separate room incl. bathroom for a domestic helper. The right candidate for us is someone with patience and a caring attitude to take care of our newborn daughter, has a natural way of dealing with children and enjoys organising and doing activities with children. Besides having patience and a caring attitude, she is reliable, honest, and can communicate openly and effectively.
