Nanny/housekeeper Job in Bahamas

We are looking for a loving, hardworking, patient, fun person to join our family as a nanny/housekeeper for our two children ages 1 and 3. We live in the Bahamas i(Nassau) and spend summers in USA. The job would be in the Bahamas. We would sponsor employee with a work permit in Bahamas. We would like to find someone who will work with us 5+ years and is willing to let us also sponsor them to get a b1b2 visa for travel to the USA With us during summers and vacations. 

A love of children and a lot of energy is a must. Fluent English is a must. Our children love to be read to, do arts and creates and play outside.  

Duties include child care, housekeeping, cooking, laundry washing, ironing.  

Knowing how to swim (or willingness to learn) is a must as we have a pool and live on the beach. Ability to drive is preferred but not required. 

The job will be 6 days a week, live in.  Hours are from when children wake up to when they go to sleep.  We often have events and dinners at night and nanny will be responsible for children while parents are out.
