Nanny / Mentor — Live-in

We are a warm and welcoming German family seeking an intelligent, nurturing, and responsible Nanny/Mentor to join us in Midlevels, near Sheung Wan. You will be assisting with the care, mentorship and academic guidance of my 13-year-old daughter, enriching her life with your knowledge, while also supporting our two-person household with healthy cooking, housekeeping and organization.

About UsWe are a small, friendly household consisting of a single father and his 13-year-old daughter, and we value integrity and positive energy. My 4-year-old son lives with his mother and visits us regularly. I travel for work from time to time, so you will sometimes be the responsible adult at home with my daughter. Our home offers a respectful and warm atmosphere, and we are looking for a long-term teammate who is genuinely passionate about enriching a child's life with knowledge and mentorship.

Your Role

• Provide care, mentorship, friendship, and guidance for our 13-year-old daughter. This includes her breakfast and school lunch box, always knowing where she is, and supervising her daily physio exercise routine in the evening (we will show you how).
• Assist with guiding and supporting her school studies.
• Look after my 4-year-old son when he visits.
• Plan and prepare healthy Western and international-style meals and snacks for the week.
• Cook a variety of dishes and show an openness to learning new recipes online.
• Take care of household routines such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organization.
• Utilize computer skills for light household administration, such as:
  • managing the family emails and calendar;
  • using MS Excel or Google Sheets for spending records with receipts;
  • using MS Word for recipes;
  • online grocery shopping.

You Bring

• A nurturing, intelligent, and confident personality with a strong sense of integrity and honesty.
• At least 4 years of experience as a domestic helper, with finished contracts and references from previous employers.
• Experience in caring for school-age children or teenagers.
• Good Western cooking skills; baking is a plus.
• A college degree.
• Proficient English communication skills and good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel or Google Sheets, email).
• A willingness to learn and adapt within our household.
• Availability to start in November–December 2026, after visa approval (finished contract in Hong Kong preferred).
• Filipina, aged between 26 and 40 years, non-smoker.

We Offer

• A private room and a food allowance of HK$1,270 per month.
• A monthly salary of HK$5,500.
