Need helper for two adults and one new born

We are a Chinese American family of three members. Two working adults and one newborn baby girl. No cars and no pets. Our flat is 1100 sqft (net) 3 bedrooms in mid-levels. And there is a helper room where the helper will stay.  My wife and I are very relaxed. We are looking for someone who likes babies because we will have a newborn. The responsibility will be mainly cooking and cleaning for us. The helper can choose to take care of baby if she is comfortable too. We must be able to contact your previous employer for a reference check.
