Newborn baby looking for helper

We are expecting a newborn and need someone who is caring, patient, and likes babies, as the job is mainly to take care of the baby. For the first three months, we need someone who is willing to work night shifts. This includes feeding the baby, helping them sleep, changing diapers, and cleaning baby items (with mornings off). After that, the schedule will go back to regular day shifts, taking care of all the baby's needs. Cooking will mostly be simple, healthy Western meals.
