Searching for a domestic helper

 

• Family Members: Two people only—an elderly grandmother (Amah/Pau Pau) and a young lady.

• Location: Mong Kok District, close to Olympian City Mall and Mong Kok Market (very convenient for market marketing).

👵 Core Responsibility 1: Elderly Care (Grandmother)

• Personal Care & Hygiene:

  • Assisting grandmother with showering, washing hair, brushing teeth, rinsing mouth, and blow-drying hair daily at 8:30 AM.

  • Combing and styling her hair, helping her dress appropriately before she goes out.

  • Preparing her go-to bag with daily essentials (e.g., umbrella, small water bottle, tissues, etc.).

• Escorting / Transportation:

  • School Runs: 2–3 times a week, taking grandmother to school at 9:30 AM and picking her up at 5:00 PM.

  • Community Activities: 4–6 times a week, accompanying grandmother to the local community center for activities.

🍳 Core Responsibility 2: Cooking, Marketing & Housekeeping

• Meals & Kitchen Duties:

  • Going to the local market or supermarket daily to buy fresh ingredients.

  • Preparing and cooking Breakfast (must be served at 7:30 AM), Lunch, and Dinner.

  • Doing the dishes and deep cleaning/maintaining the kitchen after meals.

• Daily Household Cleaning:

  • Sweeping the floor 1–2 times and mopping the floor once a day.

  • Doing the laundry daily, including hanging clothes out to dry, folding clothes, and organizing undergarments.

  • Washing and deep cleaning the bathroom 1–2 times a week (depending on cleanliness).

• Other Duties: Any other ad-hoc tasks will be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the employer.
