Domestic Helper Job Description & Daily Responsibilities

Family Information

The family has two children:

• 13-year-old secondary school student (fully independent, no school drop-off required)

• 10-year-old primary school student (needs daily school bus arrangement and downstairs drop-off)

Daily Core Duties

1. Morning Childcare & Meal PreparationPrepare daily breakfast for the two children every morning, ensure meals are clean, timely and nutritionally balanced. Help children get ready for school.

2. School Bus Drop-off DutyAccompany and send the 10-year-old child downstairs safely to take the school bus every school day. The 13-year-old child goes to school independently and requires no drop-off.

3. House Cleaning & TidyingPerform daily household cleaning work including cleaning living room, dining area, bedrooms, and general household tidying. Maintain a neat, hygienic and tidy living environment at all times.

4. Laundry & Clothes ManagementWash, separate, dry and fold all family clothes properly. Sort clothes by category and arrange neatly.

5. Household Storage & OrganisationRegularly organise and tidy up cabinets, wardrobes, household items and daily necessities. Keep all storage areas systematic and clean.

6. Groceries ShoppingGo to the market to purchase fresh vegetables, ingredients and daily household supplies according to family’s needs.

• Complete daily housework steadily and proactively.

• Take good care of children and prioritise their safety.

• Maintain good hygiene standards at home at all times.
