We are an international family in Hong Kong looking for an experienced, mature, and proactive helper to join our household long term. This role is best for someone who enjoys caring for young children, takes pride in doing things carefully, and wants a stable job with a fair family.
We are a calm and caring home. We teach our kids to speak politely, help with small chores, and treat the helper well. We value honesty, good judgment, and careful work, and we believe the right helper should feel trusted, appreciated, and supported in her role.
About the roleFamily: 2 adults, 1 toddler, and a newborn expected soon.Start date: Flexible, ideally as soon as possible or by early August
One parent is hands-on with the kids, especially the newborn, but also works part-time and has her own schedule. We are looking for someone who is comfortable helping with the kids, working together with the parent, and managing her own daily tasks independently.
This is a one-helper household in a large home. We support the role with extra cleaning help for heavier tasks, plus robot vacuum/mopping machines, bottle-washing / sterilizing equipment, and other helpful tools to reduce repeated manual work.
No elderly care and no pets.

One parent usually cooks the family meals. We do not need the helper to be the main cook for the family, but basic cooking ability, simple toddler meals, and good kitchen care are important.
How we work
We see this as teamwork. Our helper is a valued part of the household team. We give clear guidance and priorities, then trust you to manage your day well.
On busy days, the kids come first. If anything cannot be finished properly that day, we simply agree what can wait. If you need anything missing to do the job properly, you can tell us. We are happy to provide reasonable things that help you work better, safer, and to a high standard.
We want our helper to eat well, rest properly, and have enough energy, because caring for young children and the home requires attention and patience.
What we offer
- Up to HK$7,500 monthly salary for the right candidate- Performance-based bonuses for consistent excellent work- Private helper room and bathroom- Healthy food provided- Sunday rest day and statutory holidays- Extra cleaning help for heavier tasks- Robot vacuum/mopping machines and helpful tools, so you do not need to do all repeated cleaning tasks manually- Fair communication- Stable long-term employer relationship
