Seeking for helper

We are a Chinese/HKer family. Our family has 4 members, including 2 young kids aged of 5 and 2.5 years old. Both kids attend school daily. We need the helper to look after kids with the basic houseworks, including cleaning, cooking, ironing and marketing. No pets or car washing. We are keen to have the helper with the can do attitude and capable of organizing work schedules independently. Bonus scheme by month on top of the normal salary is available to reward the excellent performance.
