Helper to lead on cleaning, laundry & play w kids @weekends

We are a family of four living in South Lantau. We live in a village house with 2 cars and a small garden. We are seeking a second helper with main responsibilities as follows:

• Support in morning routine (older child ready for school, school bag packed etc)
• Follow a routine to ensure the house is tidy and keep up with the laundry.
• Play with children at weekends. Two Sundays off, two Saturdays off each month.

Sometimes, each helper will need to support the other with their duties (i.e. if one is on holiday etc). Note that we have a nanny to take care of our baby and play with our older child during the day Monday – Friday.

Skills: good listening, respectful communication and good team work. Must be able to work together.

Experience: understanding of hygiene, health and safety.

We can offer private, comfortable accommodation. We are a Western family with +15 years in Hong Kong. We have high standards and expect our helpers to meet those standards – but will also reward hard work and a positive attitude. Salary is to be discussed based on experience and with the possibility to discuss pay rise after good performance.

We are seeking a finished contract.
