Simple 3people local family looking for a helper

Hi,

we are a couple who's age 35 and have a 4yo son and one cat. we are looking for a helper who can help us with:

1. taking care of the boy: take him to school, pick him up, tutor his homework, play with him, take him to bed, cook for his 3 meals.
2. Cooking: willing to learn to cook, need to have a notebook with recipes writing on it
3. marketing: need to buy groceries and decide what to cook, need a notebook to mark down the expenses every day
4. cleaning: clean the floor, kitchen, air cons, beds, bathrooms, washing clothes(hand wash sometimes), wash 2 cars, etc.

the boy is easy to communicate, sir is busy working and I'm open to discuss everything also. our family is very simple, seldome have guests. We want a helper can do multitasking and can do jobs more efficiently with high hygiene standard.
