Singaporean family looking to welcome a new helper

We are a Singaporean family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 year old (super adorable girl) and 7 year ( boy).

We are looking for a new helper to join our family :

1) Loves children and able to read and play with them. 
2) Able to cook Chinese and western dishes.
3) General housekeeping 

4) Work independently, detail oriented and able to be proactive. 

As we stay in a 2 bedroom service apartment with no helpers room, you will need to sleep with my 2 children.
