Single father with one 15 year old boy and one dog

Hi, I am looking for a helper. I am a single father (50 years old) with a teenage boy (15 yrs old) and a labrador retriever. You will have your own room and bathroom. I would like you to prepare breakfast for my boy and a sandwich for him to bring to school. For me, please prepare simple breakfast for me to bring to work. You will have to cook dinner for my boy and when I come home I will cook my own because I eat very simple and light meals. I have two cars and a motorcycle which have to be washed once a week. The flat is about 2000 sq feet but it’s fairly easy to manage. Oh, and you will have Sundays off. I expect you to be able to make some simple Chinese and Western meals.
