Canadian/Taiwanese Family Looking for Help with Newborn

We are a expat family (Canadian/Taiwanese) with a newborn arriving in June 2025. We are looking for a helper who is already based in Hong Kong. We are flexible on the start date.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, independent, experienced in, and loves taking care of baby/toddler. We both have full time jobs, so will need the helper to be able to perform her duties without much supervision and treat the baby as if its her own child. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record and also good English.

Taking care of baby is top priority and we will try to help to the extent we can. As the baby/toddler schedule may change as they are developing, we need someone who can be flexible too. We will also offer you enough rest and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have. We are looking for a helper who we can have direct and open communication with. 

We are hoping for a long term contract, and hope the helper can treat us like their family. Having the right personality is very important to us. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria.
