Title: Seeking Contract Caregiver | Care for 2 Elderly | Must Speak Bahasa Indonesia | Harmonious Family

We are a family with 2 elderly residents in Yau Tong, looking for a caring and responsible caregiver to assist with 2 elderly individuals and manage household duties. We value communication and respect, hoping to find a sincere long-term partner.

Tasks:

1. Care for the Elderly (Top Priority)

· 1 elderly person is independent, the other needs more assistance: changing diapers, helping to the toilet, bathing, administering medication. The grandmother occasionally has incontinence. There is a washing machine and disposable mattress pad available.· Accompany grandmother for hospital/clinic visits, note doctor’s instructions, report to employer.· Monitor the health condition of the elderly, report immediately if any abnormalities.· In the evening, accompany the elderly for leisurely activities: playing mahjong/simple games. Can be taught if not familiar. Focus: keep the elderly active and happy.

2. Household Duties

· Prepare 3 meals daily. Must be able to cook Cantonese home-style dishes (being able to make soup is a plus). A pressure cooker etc. is available. Please maintain all cooking tools.· Clean the house, do laundry, tidy up.· There is a small dishwasher and washing-dryer machine. Large pots/pans need to be washed by hand.

3. Item Collection

· Collect packages at a self-pickup point near the house per instructions (generally daily needs from Taobao).· Clear instructions via WhatsApp.

Work Environment:

Only 2 elderly individuals, simple family structure. Very rare guests/relatives. Your focus: care for the elderly and simple household tasks.

Criteria:

· Honest, reliable, patient, caring, genuinely interested in elder care, not squeamish about caregiving work.· Experience in caring for weak elderly (changing diapers & assisting mobility), or willing to attend a sponsored free elder care training course.· No borrowing money, good financial management.· Able to cook Cantonese dishes, willing to learn new recipes, manage kitchen independently.· Willing to work long-term, priority for contract renewal.· Must speak Cantonese for direct communication with the elderly.· Local contract caregiver completed (previous contract finished in HK).· Prioritize those who can provide a recommendation letter & contact number of previous employer.

Days Off:

· Sundays (can be flexible on other days by agreement).· Can go out, but must return before 9 PM; overnight stays outside are not allowed. For the safety and smooth care of the elderly.
