University graduate nanny-Superior English for 18-month-old

We are seeking an elite-level, University-educated Nanny for our 18-month-old daughter. This is a premium role for a candidate who is energetic, loving, and patient, with superior English proficiency and a professional background in early childhood education.[Core Responsibilities]• Active Language Immersion: Must be highly talkative and proactive in engaging the child in constant conversation. We require a candidate with a rich vocabulary and perfect grammar to provide a high-quality linguistic environment.• Intellectual Engagement: Design and lead age-appropriate developmental plays focusing on cognitive growth and logical thinking.• Educational Interaction: Familiar with materials such as Lovevery and Oxford Reading Tree. You will lead daily interactive reading sessions and provide educational guidance.• Holistic Care: Maintain a structured daily routine that ensures the child's physical health, emotional security, and social development.• Professional Collaboration: Work closely with the mother to implement personalized learning plans and track developmental milestones.[Candidate Requirements - Non-Negotiable]• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (Specialization in Education, Nursing, or English is highly preferred).• Teaching experience (Preschool or ESL) is a significant advantage.• Superior English Skills: Must possess an impeccable, neutral accent, rich vocabulary, and correct grammar. You must be able to guide the child's language explosion correctly.• Proven experience in high-end households caring for toddlers under 2 years old.• Finished Contracted candidates are highly preferred.
