Job Description
Background:
We are a British Chinese family located in New Territories and urgently require a helper. We are a family of two: one 8 year old boy and an elderly 70+ year old lady with special needs.
Tasks:
- The priority is to assist the elderly lady with daily needs, she will also need to be accompanied to medical appointments.
- General housekeeping duties: cleaning home spotlessly, cooking Chinese food, buying groceries and any other errands required.
- For child care, looking after the boy, taking him to school bus pick-up and drop-off location, helping with homework, etc.
Who are we looking for:
- Preference will be given to helpers with nursing and/or significant elderly care experience.
- A great personality counts: friendly and kind, with a caring attitude.
- Cantonese or Mandarin language skills would be a plus
- Only helpers already located in HK will be considered due to the urgency.
- No smoking/drinking.
What do we offer:
- Live-in accommodation (separate room) will be provided. Live-out is not possible.
- Salary + food share
- Bonus for good performance (1-2 months) paid out 1-2X every year.
- Contract to start: ASAP
