Western Adult looking for helper

I’m looking for a helper to mainly help to cook for my 9 year old son and myself on the days he stays with me. In addition to cooking, duties include housekeeping, car washing and buying groceries. I live by myself and my son spends every other weekend and part of the holidays with me. He will also stay with me during the week occasionally.
