Western & Chinese: 1 toddler, 1 newborn, 1 healthy grandma

Looking for a helper with positive attitude, reliability and communicative

1) Good in managing high-energy toddler: methodical in disciplining her through constructive encouragements, talking to her, playing games and helping to learn. Must be genuinely interested in the physical, emotional and cognitive development of kids.

2) Able to work with another helper (as we have two children, one is a toddler, the other is a newborn)

3) Open to living outside
