Western Chinese family looking for a helper

Hi happy new year! I’m currently looking for a helper to join our family. Me and my husband are Chinese, but grew up in England. Our family is more British than Chinese and not Hong Kong style. We live in happy valley and the main focus is looking after kids, taking them to different activities, tutoring and cooking (which including marketing) The kids wake up at 6:20 for school and sleep at 8pm. So we like for the work day to be between 6:20-8pm. As I have 3 kids, you will be responsible for different kids on different days, and cooking is shared between yourself and an existing helper. We travel a lot with the children and typically bring 1 helper to the trip. For the last two years, our helpers have been to Singapore, China, England, Japan, Thailand, Morocco, Spain and France. We like to treat our helpers with kindness but our rule is full communication and trust. Therefore we are looking for someone who is kind and good, looks out for us and looks after us. They need to have strong English, think quickly, know how to look after boys between 2-7yr old, and cook. In return, we treat our helpers with respect and kindness. Helpers are able to discipline the kids as helpers make the rule. Happy to give them more holidays if they need or try to make them comfortable. Thank you for your time
