Western/Chinese family looking for helper

We are a Canadian-Chinese family seeking an experienced, live-in domestic helper to join our household. Our family consists of one adult and an active 8-year-old boy, and we live in a 3-bedroom apartment where the helper will have their own private room. The main responsibilities will include childcare (supervising daily routines, homework assistance, and playtime), meal preparation (with skills in both Chinese and Western cooking), and general housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping). We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of childcare experience, preferably with reference letters from previous employers. The ideal candidate should be patient, proactive, hardworking, and fluent in English (some Cantonese is a plus). The working schedule will be 6 days a week, up to 10 hours per day (with flexibility as needed), and one fixed or negotiable day off per week. Salary will be competitive and based on experience, with free accommodation and meals provided. We are hoping to find the right helper to start anytime after August 1st.
