Western/Taiwanese Mixed Family looking for second helper

We are a Western/Taiwanese mixed family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids, 8yr, 3yr and 1yr). We are looking for a second helper. One of our current helpers is leaving to get married, so we need to find someone to take care of the children. Both parents work full time and my mom sometimes live with us and help watching the kids. My mom only speaks Mandarin, so knowing some Mandarin would be a plus (but not must). Candidates must have baby care and child care experience and love children. Contract terms are negotiable. Please contact us for details.
