Western family looking for a helper

We are an Australian family looking for a helper to join us as one of our aunties is moving to Canada. We have two young boys and a girl (4.5, 2.5 and 10 months old). We are looking for a minimum of 4 year experience and excellent English. Other essential skills are an ability to show initiative and to run our busy household independently. Someone energetic with children and able to creatively come up with ideas to engage them. We are looking for someone that can work with our existing (and fantastic) aunty as a team. The role is split and you will have equal responsibilities. Day off is alternative Saturday / Sunday. We are only considering finished contacts / termination due to relocation and aunties that are ALREADY based in hk.
