Western family looking for a full time helper

We are a Panamanian family (2 adults, 2 kids) living in Hong Kong with two young children (a 4-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy), looking for a full time - live in helper to join our family.We are looking for a kind, trustworthy, and experienced helper. The role is mainly helping taking care of the children, housekeeping and cooking. We would love someone who is organized, proactive, and great with young children.English is very important, as we are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, especially when helping with the children and managing daily routines.
