Western family looking for a helper

Hello,

we are a family of 4: 2 working parents and 2 kids (8 and 6 years old). We also have a rescue dog. We are looking not only for a helper - but for a family member, who would help us with household chores, that after a long day at work we would be sure to return to clean home and happy kids. 

We would expect for our helper to be honest, trustworthy, hardworking, good with kids and pets, independent and being able to work without a supervision. Love for cooking, baking and experimenting with new menus would definitely be highly appreciated as our youngest one is a very picky eater. We encourage new things :) We would also like our new helper to be able to make her own decisions in regards of housekeeping or ad hoc activities.   In return, we offer a friendly home, generous salary and a private place for a helper to rest and relax.
