Western Family Looking for Helper with Childcare Experience

We are an American family with two toddler boys looking for an experienced helper who loves kids to join our household. Primary responsibility will be childcare, including preparing meals, arranging playdates, preschool drop-off/pick-up for the older child, and educational playtime and crafts. Secondary duties are basic housekeeping – cleaning, laundry, and occasional cooking or marketing. As we are looking for someone who will be very focused on our children, housekeeping is generally a lower priority for us. Must have experience caring for toddlers and be able to work confidently with little supervision. We have always had warm and respectful relationships with previous helpers, and you will find that we fairly informal and value open and honest communication. We are also respectful of helpers' time and offer set working hours with overtime pay for additional work. We are in the Wan Chai/Midlevels area and looking for someone to live-in.
