Western Family Looking for Helper

We are an American family of four, my wife and I have two boys (8&3) and one small dog (five-month-old puppy who will stay under 5 kg)  and are looking for someone to help with childcare, cooking, taking care of the dog, and housekeeping. We are looking for someone to help with our family. They must be trustworthy, hardworking, and willing to work with another helper.
