Western family looking for helper

We are a family of 3 (2 parents and a 2 year old boy). We would like to find a helper who loves caring for and playing with a toddler.  The main focus is child care, but we also would require some housekeeping and food preparation.  We also have a small dog, but already have a dog walker.  We have a lovely apartment and a seperate helper room.  We pay above minimum rates.
