Western family of 4 looking for part time helper

We are a western family of 4 with 2 kids - 3 yo and 1 year old. We are living in Central/Midlevels. We are looking to take on a full-time helper to work alongside our current helper to take care of our two kids along with managing the regular household work. We are looking for someone organized, diligent, good work ethic and hardworking with a sweet and easy going personality and love for babies and young children. We also have a strong preference for someone who is a natural cook and can follow recipes. We expect you to read and understand English instructions and to be able to communicate clearly in English. Having a degree is a plus, but not a must.
