Western family looking for someone with newborn experience

We are a family of 4. We have 2 daughters and one is a newborn. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and have newborn/baby experience to look after our kids. Someone who is loving and will care for our children and who is good at English. Someone who is out going and can get the job done independently and make good decisions. We have another helper so we need someone who can be a co-worker and work as a team.
