Western family need 2 helpers living in villa and pay well

We are a family with 4 children, age 4-11. Both parents are working full-time and grandparents are not around.

We live in a large house with garden, each child has a separate room and helpers share a large 20 squaremeter en-suite room with seperations. We had our current 2 helpers for 10 years and they will be finishing their last contract late 2026 and 2027. We are looking for 2 new helpers for replacement, ideally the two helpers are related and are proved to work well together.

Skills we are looking for: Smart and manages the children's routine and house chores well. Speaks good English and preferably knows Mandarin. Comminicate well, proactive and efficient.
