Western family of 4 looking for a lovely caring helper

We are a British family of 4 with a newborn and toddler. Looking for a lovely caring helper with fluent English. We would prefer someone with experience looking after newborn babies and toddlers. The role will involve looking after both the newborn baby and the toddler, taking the toddler to school, cooking, market shopping and cleaning. We need someone who has lots of energy and loves working with children.
