Western family seeking friendly helper for newborn care

Job Summary:

Our family is looking for a friendly and proactive Domestic Helper to become a valued member of our household. Unfortunately, our previous helper had to return to the Philippines due to a family matter just before the arrival of our newborn baby boy, who was born in early April. Your role will primarily focus on daily household management, assisting with the care of our newborn, engaging in play with our cheerful 4.5-year-old daughter, and occasionally babysitting in the evenings. While we typically prepare our own meals, assistance with preparing lunchboxes will be required. First Aid training can be provided.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a willingness to learn and ask questions. We strive to create a nurturing home environment, and you will have a comfortable living space with a private room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Baby Care: Support the care of our newborn, shadowing and assisting as needed, with opportunities for future babysitting. You may also monitor the baby while I am out.
• Household Chores: Assist with daily cleaning, occasional car washing, and light gardening tasks.
• Childcare Support: Help arrange playdates for our daughter, suggest healthy and varied lunchbox menu ideas, and actively engage in her daily activities.

• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Openness to Feedback and Questions: Comfortable asking questions and welcoming feedback to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Flexibility: Capable of following a routine while also adapting to changes as needed.
