Western Family with Baby &. Dog looking for Full-time Helper

We are an Australian/German family seeking a full-time domestic helper. Primary responsibilities include caring for our 6-month-old baby girl, cooking and cleaning. We will also ask you to help with occasional walking of our well behaved dog and our 2.5-year-old boy at busy times (he has kindergarten in the morning and we have another helper for afternoon play dates).

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Very good English
• Recent experience in baby care
• Strong cooking skills including vegetarian
• Comfortable with dogs
• Reliable and committed to the job - We expect you to finish your contract. Please don't just try and break your contract because you have changed your mind. Children get attached!
• Able to work independently and can handle a sometimes stressful environment - There are busy times of day and we often work from home.
• Comfortable with direct feedback - You can manage your emtions. Communication is key!
