Western / HK family with one baby and 2 dogs

We are a couple with one baby age 1.5 years old and 2 dogs.  We have 3 helper and one is moving to Philippines so we are hiring a new helper.  The primary responsibility is care for the baby including putting to bed, bathing, feeding, cooking food, cleaning baby items and clothes, etc …. Also some other housework and duties as needed.  Need to share room with one other helper.  Sleep near the baby and help her to back to bed if she wakes up in night. Need to have good experience with small baby and toddler.
