Western-style family with 2 girls, seeking a cheerful helper

Hi, we are a western-style family with two girls, looking for a cheerful helper in April. Duties will include cooking, housekeeping, marketing, car wash and taking initiatives. We are looking for a helper who is responsible, great with kids, and able to work without supervision.

Some info about us: We are Hong-Kongers but have spent >20 years overseas. Our first helper worked for us for 4 years and then she went back to Philippines to take care of her kids. Our current (second) helper worked for us for 4 years and she will go to Finland to be a care-giver, which we are very happy for her. We wish to have a helper who plans in advance and communicates openly. It would be great if we could get reference (e.g. informal phone chat) from pervious employers.
