Work in Japan: Looking for experience with 2 young kids

We are young family with 3 years old toddler, and expecting new born baby in summer.
And this job will be in Tokyo, Japan. But interview will be held in Hong Kong

We had a very lovely helper worked for us long time, sadly she had to retire back to hometown. 

Now we are looking for a helper who has experienced in toddler and new born baby sitting and house keeping. We treated our helper as one of family member and this would be long term job for you, so we would like to choose carefully.

Requirements will be as below:
1) Helper who has worked at the same employer (Prefer Chinese family) for over 3+ years in Hong Kong.
2) Speak fluent English (No need Chinese or Japanese required. We all speak English)
3) Who has experience in taking care of more than 2 young kids, baby sitting of new born baby and toddler together. (We have new born baby and 3 yr old toddler)
4) Good at cooking Asian & Chinese foods and cleaning, who is positive, patient, honest and friendly personality. :)
5) Can take care of pet (dog only)
6) Who is willing to work in Tokyo, Japan. Interview will be held in Hong Kong.
7) Immidiately available
