Asian American family, working couple with 2 year-old boy

**We are a Chinese-American family with one year old boy. We are both working. 
**No need to take care of our boy at night.
**Working hour is from 6am - 8pm..
**We are looking for someone who is well organized, initiative, good at taking care/tutoring the toddler, housekeeping and cooking.                     **I‘m planning to find two helpers.                    **Holiday is Sat/Sun alternative
