Working Professional with Dog Looking for Live-in Helper

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and trustworthy live-in domestic helper to join our household in Discovery Bay. We are looking for a caring individual with experience in pet care and various household duties to start in late October, though we are open to discussion regarding the start date. Our home is a safe and respectful environment, and we offer fair compensation for your services.

• Location: Discovery Bay
• Accommodation: A separate room equipped with air conditioning
• Working Hours: 7 AM - 9 PM; will require staying with the dog during our late hours or travels
• Day Off: Sunday, with flexibility to occasionally adjust based on travel

Our household consists of myself, a working professional female, and my mid-sized dog. We reside in a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony. The primary responsibilities of the domestic helper will include:

• General Housekeeping: Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, laundry, washing dishes, and occasional deep cleaning of the apartment.
• Pet Care: Walking and feeding the dog, preparing fresh meals, daily training (according to my instructions), bathing/grooming, administering medication, and visiting the vet when necessary.
• Cooking: Preparing meals for one person, as well as for yourself, while following my recipes.
• Gardening: Caring for houseplants both indoors and on the balcony.
• Others: Managing grocery purchases, collecting packages, and handling other basic household errands.

We are open to hiring candidates from Hong Kong or overseas. Experience with mid-sized dogs is preferred (having your own dog is a plus). We are looking primarily for someone whose contract is either completed or terminated due to relocation or retirement. A reference letter or the contact number of your previous employer will be required.
