Young Family with a dog and newborn looking for a 2nd helper

We are a young family of 2 with a sweet and cute dog. We are in our early 30s and work full time.

We are currently expecting a newborn baby in Feb 2027. We currently have a full time helper already and are looking for a second helper to help with the newborn baby and help around the house (e.g. housework, marketing, cooking and mainly care for our newborn).
