Executive Chauffeur – Fluent in Filipino

Position: Executive Chauffeur / Private Driver to APAC President (Mercedes-Benz S-Class)

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a world-class organization as an Executive Chauffeur for the Asia-Pacific President of one of the world’s top three banks, based in Hong Kong. We are looking for a discreet, highly professional individual to fulfill this vital role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated chauffeur for the APAC President, their family members, and VIP guests, exclusively driving a luxurious Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
• Plan daily routes efficiently, monitor traffic conditions, and allocate sufficient buffer time to ensure punctuality at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, arrange routine servicing, and manage licensing and insurance renewals, along with fuel and parking records.
• Exhibit superior etiquette by providing door service, handling luggage and umbrellas, and maintaining discreet presence when needed.
• Coordinate itinerary changes promptly with the executive assistant and secretariat.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding passengers, locations, and conversations at all times.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card with an unrestricted right to work.
• A clean driving record with a valid Hong Kong driving licence (Class 1 & 2) is required.
• Previous experience chauffeuring C-suite executives, senior management, or high-net-worth individuals in luxury vehicles such as the S-Class or 7 Series is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both Filipino/Tagalog and English is essential for communication with the employer’s family and household staff; conversational Cantonese is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, the airport, and key hotels and business districts.
• Immaculate grooming standards; candidate must be willing to wear a suit or company uniform daily.
• Demonstrates punctuality, patience, and a service-oriented attitude; mobile phone use while on duty is discouraged.
• Must be willing to pass background checks and reference checks, as well as sign a confidentiality agreement.
