Looking for helper in Tung Chung

We are an expat couple living in Tung Chung. I am British Indian and my wife is Indian. I work full time while my wife is a stay at home mother. We have 2 year old twins, one boy and one girl who have just started preschool.

Our lovely current helper is going back to Philippines for good to tend to a family emergency. So, we need someone who can start quickly.

Main criteria for the helper:

• Available to start in few weeks


• Finished contract


• English speaking


• Has handled two or more kids together, not to mention that she will get my wife's help


• Can take instructions and follow precisely


• Quick learner, proactive and can take initiative


• Can communicate her feelings and problems so that they can be addressed


• Pleasant and Cheerful personality who can live as a family member


• Someone who is patient, enjoys kids company, animated and fun loving and can read, sing and play with kids


• Have basic cooking skills with respect to western cooking and is willing to learn more

Ideally she would be in late 30s, married and has experience with her own kids. We have always kept our helpers as a family member and believe in good communication from both employer and helper side to make each other comfortable. We want her to be happy and enjoy her work while she is working for our family and pursue her hobbies and interests' if any. We will not hesitate to reward anyone who is hardworking and dedicated can perform beyond expectations and ensure peace of mind for the family. Helper gets to live in her own room though small and a separate food allowance and can cook her own food in our kitchen except beef.
