Chinese family looking for helper

Hi looking for fresh to minimal experience helper that can help to take care of my toddler. Looking for kind honest and independent helper. Should be able to self run the house hold cleaning and work independently and cook for the family. Unable to offer separate room. Currently will need to live with a big family of 5 adults + 3 kids. But priority is to take care my son as I'm working long hours and just normal housekeep the rest of the room (4 room) and cook for lunch and dinner but sometimes my mother will cook too. 2nd half of the year helper will able to have separate room.
