Maid+Friend to independent elderly lady

My mum is 85 but she can still take care of herself.  She still love to do things but getting slow now.  She still drives but we want her to stop and instead order Grab.  Maid must need to know how to order Grab to accompany her everywhere. 

Ideally, maid only look after her.  Do cleaning,  cooking, making sure she takes her daily medication, accompanied her around (via Grab) to her appointments/social events/shopping/etc.  She lives in a condo.
